Personal Training packages or sessions are available as 1-2-1, 2-2-1 or 3-2-1. We can also run private classes in person or online for groups of friends / colleagues / sports teams of 5 or more.
Our Small Group Personal Training programme provides all the benefits of personalised training with 3 sessions per week bespoke to the small group, up to a maximum of 6 clients.

You get great quality coaching in groups of up to 12 just like personal training, but with that great group training energy too.
