1:1 In-person or Online Personal Training, where your programming is tailored to your body and your goals, and we provide additional support with check ins each week. 

Our personal training all takes places at our training facility in St Asaph, with the full focus on you, your training and your technique, we will help you transform your body, mindset and lifestyle and see awesome progress when it comes to your fitness, health, happiness and strength. 



Personal Training packages or sessions are available as 1-2-1 in person training or if there are 2 or 3 of you looking  to train, 2-2-1 or 3-2-1 sessions. We can also run private pt sessions in person or online for groups of friends / colleagues / sports teams of 5 or more, or you could have a private yoga or ride class. 


Our Online or Hybrid Personal Training programmes provides all the benefits of personalised training, with programmed sessions designed for you. 

The only difference is that your sessions are programmed for you to do in your own time (in or out of the gym) and the coaching is done virtually by way of check ins and video technique feedback.

Our Group Training with five different session types, you choose your sessions each week to suit your training preference and schedule. There's a little description below of each class type - swipe across to see the next.  You get great quality coaching in groups of up to 12 just like personal training, but with that great group training energy too

Our Train sessions derive from our original Outdoors Fitness Camps. A high energy mix of bodyweight, strength, conditioning, mobility and HIIT training, and a firm favourite of our clients as no two sessions are ever the same!

The atmosphere, energy and fun of a circuits class or team training, and the best exercises from our Personal Training programmes coached by our Personal Trainers!

We can modify all workouts to suit fitness levels which means that we can have two people doing easier/harder versions of the same exercises, or adapt the exercises or movements to suit.


Lift is a weights and resistance based session designed to help you build muscle, get strong, and give you incredible shape and tone.

A non stop class we coach you through a programmed weights session, with you working at your own level.

Think weights room exercises but with great music, energy and atmosphere, with a motivating personal trainer to help you train with correct form, get the most out of your session and making weight training fun.


A high energy indoor cycling class, where our motivating, energetic and supportive instructors lead you through a varied class of hill climbs, runs and sprints to the rhythm of upbeat music.

This class is guaranteed to give you a great workout, get your blood pumping, your body sweating, and make you leave with a smile on your face and feeling awesome.


Our yoga classes focus on different areas and flows each week, teaching you the correct posture, movement and breathing, and with the aim to connect to mind, body and breath, relieve tension and pain throughout the body and leaving you feeling super relaxed.


Pilates is a mat-based class which is great for improving your flexibility, core strength and range of movement.

Focusing your mind on Pilates exercises and controlled natural movement, we help you improve your strength, well-being, posture and mind to body connection.
