GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME
Our Group Personal Training programme is designed for clients to attend 2-4 programmed sessions a week of our Group PT sessions which are weighted and bodyweight training sessions, in a reps and sets, intervals or circuit format, just like our personal training sessions, but shared with other awesome people. You also get Ride classes included, and access to our Run Club, so you can pick training sessions to suit your training preference and schedule.
You get great quality coaching in groups of up to 12, which are just like personal training, but with that great group training energy in your sessions, and being a great community of people in and out of sessions.
Here's a little description below of each session/class type.
Group pt
Our Group PT sessions derive from our original Outdoors Fitness Camps - a mix of bodyweight and weighted strength, conditioning, mobility and HIIT training - it's the main part of our programme. Great atmosphere, energy and fun you get from circuits class / team training, paired with the exercises from our Personal Training programmes. We can modify all workouts to suit fitness levels which means that we can have two people doing easier/harder versions of the same exercises, or adapt the exercises or movements to suit.
RIDE
A high energy indoor cycling class, where our motivating, energetic and supportive instructors lead you through a varied class of hill climbs, runs and sprints to the rhythm of upbeat music. This class is guaranteed to give you a great workout, get your blood pumping, your body sweating, and make you leave with a smile on your face and feeling awesome.
