we should do a podcast...

Every day chat between friends, Kel and Jo, just doing what we kept saying we should do... a podcast.

 

In addition to being good friends, we also both work in wellbeing, with Kelly Evans being Head Coach and Creator of Eat Train Live, coaching and helping people improve their nutrition, fitness and lifestyle, and Jo Parsons, being a therapist, mental wellbeing professional, and creator and owner of Thought Health.

 

We have years of experience, lots of knowledge and qualifications in our fields, and so will be covering lots of wellbeing related topics, as well as other subject matters that might cross our path, and talking to you just like we would talk to each other over coffee or out on a walk. We want to share our chats with you.
